We’ve been awarded a grant by the Community Foundation’s Board of Trustees. The Grassroots Grants Endowment established by Delores Barr Weaver provided funding to support the technology needs of our early literacy program.
This grant will fund the internet-connectivity of our after-school program. More and more young families have wi-fi in the home. However, the grant allows us to serve all students requiring after-hours tutoring – even those without wi-fi in the home.
