Geometry in Kindergarten

Thanks to a grant by the William & Helen Thomas Charitable Trust, Bank of America, N.A., Co-Trustee, all kindergarten classrooms are now equipped with Primary Shape Template Sets.  Each set includes five templates – circle, triangle, rectangle, square, and hexagon. These templates will help the little learners draw each shape in varying sizes and orientations.

Sight Word Pads Delivered

We’ve delivered 2,970 kindergarten Sight Word Pads!  Requested by teachers, the 30 different Sight Word Pads align directly with the classroom curriculum.  A new pad is introduced each week.  Each pad contains the newest words the children are expected to learn and know “by sight” (i.e., not sounded out).  A few sentences show how the

Eligibility for our 2024 Summer Learning Program is celebrated with this new certificate.  When a child completes our kindergarten tutoring program, the soon-to-be first-grader is eligible to take an iPad home over the summer.
