Kindergarteners quickly adapt to technology. Updating the classroom for the new iPads, however, is more difficult.
We are proud that we now have enough iPads for each kindergartener to have his/her own. But, with the 1:1 ratio all teachers desire, there are a lot of iPads to store in already crowded classrooms. Our durable kid-safe iPad cases render them too thick for commercially available laptop charging stations.
Thanks to a donation by Barbara Willson and the volunteer woodworking skills of Roger Mann, two of our classrooms now have a pleasing solution serving 24 students.
