When learning to read, being able to spell consonant-vowel-consonant (CVC) words is a BIG deal. We designed these trays so that the kids, when asked to spell a word, can see all the beginning, middle, and ending possibilities.
The teachers asked we add images to the trays. Can you see the little image of the kids hugging in the top right-hand corner? Next school year teachers will have a comprehensive inventory of 128 images.
For small group work, each teacher will receive up to six sets of these images. To help the teacher quickly locate the desired image(s), we’re also providing an indexed storage system.
