Thanks to a grant by the William & Helen Thomas Charitable Trust, Bank of America, N.A., Co-Trustee, all kindergarten classrooms are now equipped with Primary Shape Template Sets. Each set includes five templates – circle, triangle, rectangle, square, and hexagon.
These templates will help the little learners draw each shape in varying sizes and orientations. In addition to helping our kindergarteners learn and compare basic shapes, they will help our kiddos develop the fine motor skills needed for handwriting.
Children love hands-on learning. These templates will inspire and improve the math (geometry) learning of our kindergarteners for years to come.
