Eighteen kindergarteners have earned Khan Academy Kids t-shirts so far this school year! That is right…we have 18 kindergarteners who have completed more than half the Know & Grow Tutoring Program. It is quite a milestone because most of these children did not know the alphabet or their numbers. Earning a shirt means they can 1.) now build and read CVC (consonant, vowel, consonant) words and 2.) count, add, and subtract numbers 1 to 5. Congratulations to these children and others soon to earn t-shirts!
